What did the client want:
To decrease operational losses by systematically managing the operational risks in the business units all over the country.
In order to identify the risks all typical business processes in the business units were modelled. Based on this models the risks were identified and assessed. On this basis the control procedures were developed in order to manage both risks and the hazard effects. Besides development and implementation of the procedures the trainings for the management in the business units were conducted as well
The impact of the implemented risk management system on the decreasing operational costs only in the first year was about 12%.
