What did the client want:
To build a strategic management system simultaneously along with the beginning of the strategy execution.
The formulated top-level goals have been refined, detailed and specified, and related indicators have been developed to measure the achievement of the objectives. After implementation of organizational mechanisms and methods for strategy execution management at the top level, the decomposition of goals and indicators to the second level – business units, and then to the third level – shops was made.
The developed and implemented system for strategy execution allowed to effectively implement the ambitious strategy and achieve the shareholders’ goals. The built strategic management system has found a good response among managers at all levels.
